Jill has always been passionate about organization. Her career as a Professional Organizer began seventeen years ago, when she accepted her first job—organizing a San Francisco Victorian knee-deep in clutter. She learned she loved inspiring her clients to find the hidden beauty in their spaces and helping them redesign their spaces and live better lives.
Born in Poughkeepsie, New York, at 24 she packed up her Chevy Nova and drove across the country to a tiny apartment in San Francisco. After eleven years as a draftsperson, her clients love that her handwriting looks like it’s from a label maker!
On Sunday mornings, you’ll find her sharing Eggs Benedict and pancakes with friends somewhere in Portland. She also loves making beautiful, rustic desserts like Boccone Dolce and strawberry shortcake. Jill lives with her squirrel-loving collie, Brodie, in a small house with a big garden in Southeast Portland.
Jill graduated from Albany State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts. She is a former Vice President of Oregon’s Board of the National Association for Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO Oregon). She holds NAPO Certifications in two areas of expertise: Residential Organizing and Workplace Productivity and recently appeared on the A&E Network’s television program, “Hoarders,” and KATU’s “Afternoon Live.”
